1. Who we are

Super Jogos is a table games app (cacheta, truco and Brazilian pool) published by SAYPLUS TECHNOLOGY LTDA, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 38.004.674/0001-37, headquartered at R. Doutor João Salerno, 47, Sala 2-B, Jardim Vergueiro, Sorocaba/SP, CEP 18030-020, Brazil ("SayPlus", "we"). These terms apply to the app on phones and computers and to the superjogos.net website (together, the "Service").

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

3. Minimum age and sign-up

The Service is not allowed for anyone under 18. To play, you need to create an account with accurate information. We confirm your age and identity based on the Brazilian taxpayer ID (CPF) and date of birth you provide, with the support of a verification service.

We may refuse or cancel a sign-up with false or incomplete information, or belonging to a minor.

4. Your account

  • Each person may have only one account, which is personal and non-transferable.
  • You are responsible for keeping your access secure and for everything done with it.
  • Selling, renting, lending or sharing your account is not allowed.
  • The same account works on your phone and your computer.

5. Caps and chips

Super Jogos is 100% for fun. Caps (tampinhas) and chips (fichas) are virtual coins. They have no value outside the game and cannot be cashed out, redeemed, exchanged for money, goods or prizes, converted into each other or transferred to another account.

5.1 Nature of the coins

Caps and chips are a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable license to use within the Service. You do not acquire ownership of them.

5.2 Fun mode, with caps

You receive caps when you create your account and, periodically, as a bonus. You can also buy cap packs, as described in section 6.

5.3 Battle mode, with chips

Chips are never sold. They are granted only by SayPlus, through activities it defines, and may have an expiration date: chips not used in time expire. Offering, paying or receiving any value, inside or outside the Service, in exchange for chips or for the result of a match is not allowed.

5.4 Table fee

In every match, a table fee is taken from the pot at the end of the match. The buy-in, fee and prize are shown before you sit down. If a match is canceled because of a Service failure, buy-ins are returned with no fee.

5.5 Adjustments

We may correct balances credited by mistake, technical failure or violation of these terms.

6. Purchases and refunds

  • On phones, cap purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and follow the store's payment and refund rules.
  • On computers, purchases are made through the Super Jogos purchase page, with Pix payment processed by a payment partner.
  • Caps are credited after the payment is confirmed.
  • If a purchase is refunded or canceled, the corresponding caps are removed from the account.
  • Your rights under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, including the right of withdrawal where applicable, are preserved.

7. Fair play

To keep the table fair, the following are not allowed:

  • arranging plays or results with other players (collusion);
  • using bots, scripts, cheat software or any automation;
  • exploiting Service bugs instead of reporting them;
  • buying, selling or trading accounts, caps or chips outside the Service;
  • harassing, insulting or threatening other players;
  • using the Service for any illegal activity, including real-money betting.

The result of every match is determined by our servers. We may review matches to identify violations.

8. Suspension and termination

If these terms are violated, we may warn, suspend or close the account and remove balances obtained improperly. You can close your account at any time. When an account is closed, its cap and chip balance is lost, since it has no value outside the game.

9. Intellectual property

The Super Jogos brand, the Breninho character, the games, artwork, sounds and software belong to SayPlus or its licensors. You only receive the right to use the Service for personal entertainment, under these terms.

10. Service availability

We work to keep the Service online, but it may go through maintenance, updates or interruptions. We may change, add or remove games, variations and features.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SayPlus is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Service, nor for connection, device or third-party service failures beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law grants to consumers.

12. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in the privacy policy, and the use of cookies on the website in the cookie policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When a change is significant, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you agree to the new version.

14. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
